Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Fyro is operated by Christophe Zerathe, entrepreneur individuel, trading as Live Flow Architect, 49 rue des Laitières, 94300 Vincennes, France, SIRET 888 316 635 00018. For any privacy question, write to privacy@fyrohq.com.

2. This website

fyrohq.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. There is no form on this site: if you email us, we use your message only to answer you.

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to run and secure the service. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

3. Studio support hubs

Game studios use Fyro to run a support hub for their games. For player data on a hub, the studio is the data controller and Fyro processes the data on the studio's behalf, under a data processing agreement (Article 28 of the GDPR). To exercise your rights over that data, contact the studio, or write to us and we will pass your request on.

4. Emails we send

Fyro sends transactional emails only: sign-in codes, replies to your own tickets, updates on bug reports you follow (at most one daily digest per game), and notices about service incidents you subscribed to. We never send marketing from our notification domain and never sell or rent email addresses.

5. Service providers

We use these providers to run Fyro. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data may leave the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Hub data is kept for as long as the studio's agreement with us requires, then deleted. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to answer you and follow up.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to privacy@fyrohq.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
